The number below is before your kommune subsidy. Most families pay a good deal less once it lands, and we will help you claim it.

What is inside the fee
A healthy breakfast. Hot food cooked for lunch. Something proper again in the afternoon. Nobody arrives carrying a lunchbox, and nobody is handed a biscuit and called it a meal.
A child who has eaten well is an entirely different child by four o'clock, and everybody in the room can tell. We do not cut corners on the food, and we do not cut them anywhere else either.
We get our extra perks at eight in the morning, when a pair of small arms goes round a neck and holds on.
København subsidies
Parents with a Danish CPR number are eligible for a subsidy from their own kommune, and the amount depends on where you live. Most of our families are in København.

What that means in practice. With the København Kommune subsidy a family pays kr 12.700,00 to us and receives kr 8.909,00 back from the kommune - a net cost of about kr 3.791,00 per month. The subsidy is claimed by you, from your kommune, not by us.
Payments
Payments are due in advance, within 7 days of the invoice date.
If we have not received payment, a reminder is sent after 5 days. Each reminder carries a fee of 100 DKK, and up to 3 reminders may be sent.
After the 3 day grace period stated in the reminder, statutory late-payment interest applies to the overdue amount at the Danish default rate (10,00% per year, being the Nationalbank reference rate plus 8 percentage points), calculated from the due date until paid.
If you have already paid but forgot the reference, reply to the reminder with proof of payment showing the date and amount, and we will match it - no reminder fee or interest is charged.
In case of very late payment, or repeated payment problems over 3 months or more, a deposit may be required to cover the last 2 months of the contract in order to keep your child's place.
Please note that ALL transfers MUST quote your child's name and invoice number. Failure to do so will result in a lack of reference and your payment will not be registered.
Direct Debit is the easiest form of transfer and can be arranged through your bank.

Every transfer must quote your child's name and the invoice number. Without a reference we cannot match the payment to your child, and it will not be registered.
