Enrolment Process
Places are offered on a first come, first served basis

In case your application will be wait listed, you will be given the option to either withdraw your application or remain wait listed.

Wait listed applicants will be contacted by our staff as soon as a place becomes available.

Once you are offered a place at Kidz R Os, you will receive a contract which must be completed with all relevant details and returned before the child care commences.
To apply for admission please submit an online application by filling out the online enrollment form.
Costs and Subsidies
Kommune subsidies are available
Monthly Fees for the year 2023:

6 months- 3 year olds: 11,200 DKK

Parents with Danish CPR Number are eligible for subsidies from the respective kommune, depending on the kommune they belong to.
Current subsidies available:
København Kommune:

6 months - 3 years : 7,351 DKK, per month

Subsidies are also available from Frederiksberg and Glostrup Kommune.
Payments
Payments are due in advance on the fifth working day of each month.
In case of non receipt of payment, a reminder will be sent out after 5 days. Each reminder will incur a cost of 250 DKK.

In case of very late or consistent problems with payment for 3 months and more, a deposit may be required to cover the last 2 months of contract in order to keep your child’s place.

Please note that ALL transfers MUST quote your child’s name & invoice number. Failure to do so will result in a lack of reference and your payment will not be registered.

Direct Debit is the easiest form of transfer and can be arranged through your bank.
