Terms and conditions

These are the terms of a place at Kidz R Os. They apply once a place and a start date have been confirmed, and they are the same terms as on the policies page and in the contract you will be sent if a place is offered.

When these terms apply

These terms apply from the day Kidz R Os confirms a place and a start date for your child in writing, after you have accepted the contract you will be sent. Sending this form is an application only: it does not commit you to a place, and no fees and no notice period apply until a place and a start date have been confirmed.

Ending the contract

Notice to end the contract is two months, given in writing between the 1st and the 5th of a month. Notice given after the 5th counts as given the following month. The two notice months are payable in full, whether or not the child attends them. If the child has not started yet, the two months run from the contracted start date rather than from the day notice is given.

Payment

Invoices are issued in advance and are payable within 7 days of the invoice date.

Late payment

If payment has not been received, a reminder is sent after 5 days. Each reminder carries a fee of 100,00 kr., up to 3 reminders, sent no less than 10 days apart. After the 3-day grace period stated in the reminder, statutory late-payment interest applies at 10,00% per year.

Fee changes

Fees may be changed with one month's written notice.
