Using this website and your family page

Short, and only about the website. The terms of your child's place - notice periods, fees, collection - are on the policies page, and they are part of your contract with us rather than part of this.

What the site is for

To tell families about the daycare, to take applications and visit bookings, and to give current families a page of their own for messages, details and invoices.

What is published here about availability, fees and opening hours is kept current, but it is information rather than an offer. A place exists when we have confirmed it to you in writing.

Your family page

Your family page is reached by a private link rather than a password. That link is specific to your child.

  • Treat it as you would a password. Anyone holding it can see your child's details and your messages with us.
  • Please do not forward it. If someone else in the family needs access, tell us and we will send them their own.
  • If you think a link has gone astray, tell us and we will issue a new one. The old one stops working the moment a new one is sent.
  • What you enter must be accurate. We act on it - allergies and contact numbers in particular.
  • The page closes 30 days after your last billed month.

Applying and booking a visit

Sending an application does not reserve a place. We reply, and a place exists only once we confirm it in writing. Registering before a child is born is fine; use the expected due date.

A visit booking is a request until we confirm the time.

Fair use

Do not attempt to reach data that is not yours, submit anything harmful, or use the forms to send bulk or automated messages. We may withdraw access to a family page if it is misused, which does not affect your child's place.

The words and pictures

The text, photographs and design here belong to Kidz R Os. Photographs of children are published only where the family has agreed, and we take one down on request without needing a reason. Please do not copy the photographs.

If you write a testimonial, you allow us to publish it with your first name, and you can ask us to remove it at any time.

Availability

We aim to keep the site and your family page working, but neither is a service you should depend on in an emergency. If something is urgent, telephone us on +45 27 34 65 39.
